Dr. Rachel trained to treat children with autism, sensory sensitivities, and complex medical histories, alongside kids who are simply nervous. The goal is the same for all of them. We want your child to leave feeling okay about the dentist, and a little more willing to come back next time.

Teaching the Next Generation
Dr. Rachel still spends time at St. Barnabas Hospital, where she teaches residents training to become pediatric dentists. Staying close to the hospital keeps her current on how to treat the toughest cases, from kids with significant medical needs to those who need care under anesthesia. It also reflects something about how she works. She likes being part of the wider effort to get more kids good dental care, not just the families who walk through her door.
That same spirit extends to the neighborhood. York Kids Smile is always glad to get involved with local schools, family events, and causes that help kids in Yorkville and across the Upper East Side.
